Just Perfect Specialty Foods Ltd. provides sauce co-packing and contract food manufacturing from our facility in Richmond, British Columbia. We work with food brands across Greater Vancouver, BC and Canada to manufacture and package sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, marinades and condiments.

Sauce manufacturing and processing
Different products need different production methods. Depending on your formula and its suitability for our equipment, our services include:
- Mixing and emulsification for products such as mayonnaise and dressings.
- Kettle cooking and pasteurization.
- Filling, capping, labelling and sleeving.
- Final case packing for retail and food-service products.
Our facility handles products with a maximum finished-product pH of 4.4. We assess each product’s processing requirements before confirming production fit.
Practical minimums and larger-volume production
Our minimum batch sizes are:
- 300 kg for emulsifier production.
- 550 kg for kettle production.
These figures describe minimum batches. JPF also supports larger-volume production programs.

Packaging for retail and food service
We fill a range of formats, subject to compatibility with your product and our equipment:
- Glass and plastic bottles or jars.
